Welcome to OpenPark Petcare Inc.'s "Parkei" AI Pet Wellness Expert Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. These detailed Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Parkei platform and associated services. Please read these Terms carefully.

 

1. Introduction

  • a. Services Provided: Parkei is an innovative AI-driven platform designed to assist users in obtaining accurate and reliable information related to their pets' wellness. Users may purchase credits to utilize prompts for queries directed to Parkei.

  • b. Prohibited Content: Parkei maintains strict ethical guidelines and will not respond to harmful, abusive, or unethical questions. Additionally, questions not related to pet wellness will not be answered.

2. User Accounts

  • a. Registration: In order to access Parkei, users may be required to create an account. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • b. Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. OpenPark Petcare Inc. is not liable for any unauthorized access or use of accounts.

3. Prompt Credits

  • a. Credit System: Users will receive an initial allocation of four (4) free prompt credits upon registration. Additional prompt credits must be purchased to continue using the Parkei platform and its AI services.

  • b. Pricing and Payments: Users agree to pay the specified fees for prompt credits in accordance with the pricing terms provided by OpenPark Petcare Inc.

  • c. Refunds: Prompt credit purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of demonstrable technical issues or errors.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • a. Unlawful Use: Users may not use Parkei for any unlawful purpose or engage in any activity that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

  • b. Abuse and Misuse: Users must not abuse, harass, threaten, or harm others through the use of Parkei.

  • c. Content Manipulation: Users are prohibited from attempting to manipulate or exploit the AI, its responses, or the platform's functionality in any way.

5. Content Ownership

  • a. User-Generated Content: Any content submitted by users, including questions and associated data, remains their property. By providing content, users grant OpenPark Petcare Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing services.

  • b. OpenPark Petcare Inc. Content: All content provided by OpenPark Petcare Inc., including the Parkei platform and AI services, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

  • a. Data Collection: OpenPark Petcare Inc. may collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

  • b. Data Security: OpenPark Petcare Inc. employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, no system is entirely foolproof, and OpenPark Petcare Inc. cannot guarantee the security of user information.

7. Termination

  • a. Termination by Users: Users may terminate their account at any time by following the provided instructions.

  • b. Termination by OpenPark Petcare Inc.: OpenPark Petcare Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

  • OpenPark Petcare Inc. provides Parkei on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees. While every effort is made to provide accurate information, OpenPark Petcare Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the responses provided by Parkei.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • OpenPark Petcare Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use Parkei.

10. Miscellaneous

  • a. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
